COVID-19 Update
The workplace, during the COVID-19 experience, has changed the way offices are utilizing space for the foreseeable future. With new requirements in place to accommodate social distancing, the office environment must be able to accommodate the health and safety of our workforce. Among other things, this means less focus on open air concepts, and more space dedicated to private offices. EOS office suites were designed this way from the start to provide you an environment for focus and productivity. Now our single occupancy private office suite rentals can help you run your business in a safe manner. Consider EOS for your private office rental needs, we are here to help you get back to work!

Easy Rental Terms
We make it super easy to rent office space at EOS. Whether you need 6 months or more than a year, we offer flexibility on our terms. With our try before you buy program, you can check out the office space for an entire week for only $100. When you decide that EOS is the right fit for a longer-term commitment, we apply your trial fee toward your first full month’s rent.
FAQ's
Q: What is your shortest rental term?
A: 6 months is our preferred minimum term.
Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: We accept Venmo for convenience, otherwise check, money order, or cash is accepted.
Q: Do you allow dogs/pets?
A: This is a multi-tenant office space, out of respect for everyone working here, we don’t allow dogs to occupy the office space.
Q: Is there a charge to use the conference room?
A: Our members can schedule use of the conference room at no additional charge.
Q: I’m a therapist, how private/quiet are these suites?
A: Feedback from potential therapy users is that our space is not the right fit. Our tenant mix primarily consists of higher energy occupants working in administrative roles, sales, professional services, and consulting.
Q: I committed to a year long term, my needs have changed and now I need to leave sooner, can I break my lease?
A: Our agreements are easy in, easy out. For terms shorter than 6 months we require a 30-day written notice of termination and for terms longer than 6 months we require a 60-day written notice of termination.
Q: If I lease multiple office suites, will you discount my rental rate?
A: Yes, we offer a multi-office discount on a case-by-case basis.
